Indian students residing under the consular jurisdiction of Embassy of India, Panama (which covers whole of Panama, Costa Rica and Nicaragua) are urged to visit the homepage of MADAD Portal http://www.madad.gov.inbullet which provides basic guidance on how students can register themselves. This will also enable the Embassy to have an accurate estimate of the Indian student population in its jurisdiction for compilation of data and rendering consular services.
