In case your problem remains unresolved despite repeated applications/visits to the Embassy, then you are advised to meet First Secretary( Cons) for Passport, Visa and Miscellaneous Consular Services, under the 'Open Day' which is held on 2nd & 4th  Wednesday (between 1500 -1600 hrs).

It is clarified that 'Open Day' meeting is not a substitute for expediting or facilitating routine work in the Mission
